Eric Longman serves as the executive director of MinistryFOCUS. He is also the senior pastor at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Rogers, Arkansas, and previously served as associate pastor at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson, Missouri.

Ken Krueger serves as the chair/president of MinistryFOCUS and also serves as the VP/chief customer officer at Concordia Plans Services. Since graduating from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, he has also served as the CEO of the Lutheran Federal Credit Union and as the sole pastor at Grace Celebration Lutheran Church in Cordova, Tennessee.
